This notice describes the current Vanguard Diving Services website. It does not cover a future customer portal or other services.
Your project enquiry
The enquiry tool prepares text in your browser. It does not submit your entries to Vanguard or a form-processing service. Downloading saves a text file on your device; copying places the text on your clipboard. If an email option is available, it opens a draft in your email application for you to review and send. Your email provider then handles that message under its own policies.
Browser autofill, clipboard history, downloaded files, and any email you choose to send may retain your information. Avoid including sensitive personal information, passwords, or confidential project documents in the tool.
Callback preference
If selected, the optional AI-callback preference and its disclosure wording are included in your locally prepared enquiry. No preference is submitted to Vanguard or stored on a server by this form, and no automated call is scheduled. See the callback terms.
Cookies and technical information
Vanguard's website code does not set cookies, use browser local storage, or include advertising pixels or analytics scripts. The hosting and sign-in provider may use cookies and process technical information, such as IP addresses and request information, to deliver and secure the site and manage access. Those services operate separately from the local enquiry tool.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies required by the hosting or sign-in service may affect access. This site does not currently offer optional advertising or analytics cookies to accept or reject; it has no separate consent preference stored by Vanguard.
External services
The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Fonts and photos are served with the site, so viewing them does not require a separate connection to Google Fonts or the photo providers. See OpenAI's privacy policy for information about the hosting provider. Following links to other websites takes you to services governed by their own policies.
Tracking signals and changes
The current site has no Vanguard advertising or cross-site tracking scripts and does not implement a separate response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. If analytics, online submissions, advertising, or other data collection is added, this notice and any necessary privacy controls must be updated before those features launch.
